Pettit Center Summer Camps
Skating Camp for Kids
Perfect for new or veteran skaters - the Skating Camp for Kids will keep your campers happy and active all summer long! With seven (7) different weekly sessions along with full-day or half-day options, we're sure there's something that both you and your kids will enjoy.
Through both on-ice and off-ice sessions your kids will have a blast at the Pettit Center. Of course there will be skating each day along with different daily themes to keep each camp day fresh and new. Our professional camp leaders have designed daily activities that include team building, arts and crafts, health and wellness, exposure to different types of sports and other cool topics your kids will enjoy.
There's a daily lunch program available to all campers and the Skating Camp for Kids is open to kids ages 6-12. Your campers don't need to be skating experts; a willingness to learn how to skate is all that is needed!
Are you looking for before and/or after care? Let us know your needs and we'll do the best we can to satisfy your fun-filled week at the Skating Camp for Kids.

Hockey Day Camp
This year we are offering seven (7) different weeks throughout summer to get hockey players back on the ice. No doubt there is a focus on FUN at the Hockey Day Camp, but each week will also include skill development sessions, scrimmages, off-ice games and other activities to keep your skater active all week long.
There are both full-day and half-day options with a convenient lunch program that kids love. This camp is open to all kids ages 6-12 and full hockey gear is required for the Hockey Day Camp. We'll try to split the camp into groups based on age and/or skill level, but most activities are completed with all campers as one group.
Kids don't need to be skating pros, but campers should have the basic skating skills necessary to play hockey. Don't know what those skills are? Campers should be able to meet the Hockey 1, Hockey 2 and Hockey 3 skills objectives to be enrolled in the Hockey Day Camp.
