The Pettit National Ice Center, a U.S Olympic Training Site, recently held two competitions that chose both the short track and the long track World Cup Teams. The team feature skaters that train at the Pettit Center and/or are from Wisconsin.
It is Upper Great Lakes Regional Competition - skaters from Wis., Minn.,
Ill., Iowa, North and South Dakota (let me double check on the last two) -
skaters who qualified to go to Junior Nationals are Ryan Otto in Juvenile
men - Ryan and Nicki Otto in Juvenile Dance (3rd) and Kenzie and Christian
in Juvenile Dance (1st). No one qualified to move on to Midwesterns (these
would be the higher levels as there are no Midwesterns for the juvenile
level. Let me know what else you may need.
