Special Medal Ceremony to Conclude Olympic Training Camp

The Pettit National Ice Center, a U.S. Olympic Training Facility, will conduct a special medal ceremony for all the child participants in the first-ever Olympic Training Camp on Friday, April 16. Former Milwaukee Admirals’ great Gino Cavallini will be on hand to award the kids for their hard work and dedication.

The Olympic Training Camp is offered as an active alternative that introduces kids ages 6 to 12 to a multitude of sports such as hockey, figure and speed skating. The camp consists of numerous activities on and off the ice, and aims to provide a safe and active environment with a focus on fun.

The medal ceremony will feature stars of old and new to reward the kids for their participation and efforts all this week at the Pettit Center.

For more information on the medal ceremony, or the athletes that will be in attendance, please contact Rob Multerer at 414.266.0400, ext. 132 or rmulterer@thepettit.com.
