Hockey

Hockey

The Pettit National Ice Center features hockey for youth & adults, so if you are a hockey player or want to become one, the Pettit is the place for you. Hockey can start as young as age 4 with the Snowplow Sam and Basic classes that give young skaters a basic understanding of the skills needed to play hockey.

The “Learn to Play Hockey” program offers both skills sessions and cross-ice games that shape and mold young skaters the correct and positive way. After hockey class, a skater is then ready to play on a team and the Pettit's youth hockey leagues are a perfect fit for competition, learning the right way and a lot of fun.

Besides youth hockey, the Pettit is also a haven for adult hockey players of all ages and abilities. From pick-up hockey, to adult hockey camps, to the wildly successful adult hockey leagues, the Pettit is the place to be for adult hockey players.
